Health Information Disclaimer - Nanook is designed to help you track your fitness and wellness data, including steps, calories, and other activity metrics. - Nanook does not provide medical advice. Information in the App is for informational and self-management purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. - Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making any health or fitness decisions. 4. Privacy and Data - Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. - By using Nanook, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. 5. Intellectual Property - All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all content, software, and trademarks, are owned by Femometer PTE.
